DSX LE5 D25 SMPTE ST 2110 network interface controller (NIC) card delivers high performance 25 GbE and 10 GbE interfaces for multi-channel IP video I/O, supporting resolutions from HD to 4K with zero CPU usage.
Complete ST 2110 offload and integrated hardware-based PTP
The DSX LE5 D25 provides full hardware offload for SMPTE ST 2110 standards including ST 2110-20, -22, -30, -31, and –40. By offloading all packet processing, including ST 2022-7 redundancy, the adapter frees system resources and ensure reliable, scalable IP media solutions over 10 GbE and 25 GbE networks. DSX LE5 D25 also offers integrated hardware-based PTP for ST 2059-2 accuracy in the nanosecond range, the hardware packet pacing ensures narrow sender (Type N) performance independent of CPU load or operating system activity, therefore eliminating network jitter associated with COTS IP solutions.
High-density IO
Supporting up to 2× UHD/4K p60/50 or 16x HD inputs and outputs, along with 128 audio flows with up to 64 tracks each and 32 ancillary data flows, the DSX LE5 D25 provides exceptional density and flexibility. It handles both YUV 4:2:2 and RGB 4:4:4 with 8- and 10-bit precision, ensuring high-quality video performance across formats.

The DSX LE5 D25 has been deployed in demanding live production environments worldwide, delivering proven reliability and performance in ST 2110 infrastructures. Featuring hardware-paced narrow senders and line-rate capture for wide asynchronous receivers (Type A), it ensures universal interoperability across ST 2110 deployments. Native support for JT-NM TR-1001-1, including NMOS IS-04 and IS-05, enables seamless integration into IP-based media workflows. By simplifying deployment and management, it helps broadcasters and media organizations transition smoothly from SDI infrastructures to 2110 networks.
